On 28th February,2009,in order to extend business and develop more quality new products, ERNEST BOREL had moved to its new factory located in Le Noirmont, Switzerland, where has a production capacity up to 330 thousand pieces of wrist watches.

The new factory is divided into two main parts—administration building and production building, which take an occupancy area of 2000 square meters.A classic white and brown European administration buliding was designed by the designer.who is inspired by the brand belief—Romance In Heart.The buliding has a geometric top roof and an ancient European style terrace,which exihibit the brand’s elegant personality.

With three storeys mainly for administrative meeting,the toppest floor is designed into a show room,where the historical culture and latest wrist watch of ERNEST BOREL are shown.Also it’s the office for product development and craftwork design.

The production building is a new modern architecture with two storeys,which is a special production line for research and development of more advanced ERNEST BOREL wrist watches.Besides the existing equipment,more advanced equipment and test machines are brought in,making more accurate and precise making process within the factory.With more delicate craftwork and professional traning for the makers and assembling workers,each ERNEST BOREL wrist watch is perfect.


The president Mr.Raphael Boillat of ERNEST BOREL said that,”I am really excited about the setting up of new factory,which is a sign for the development of the brand.By three years’ strategic arrangement,the set up of the new factory will not only promote the brand’s production capacity,but also the quality of the products will be raised.
